Loan Monkey and the Fork platform ("we", "our", or "us") respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines our data handling practices for the Fork × Loan Monkey interactive experience.

1. Local Processing & Zero Account Requirement

The interactive experience runs client-side in your web browser without requiring account creation or login.

2. Local Storage

Your story branch history and current mission scene are stored strictly in your browser's LocalStorage (`loanmonkey_fork_progress_v1`) on your device to enable session resumption and rewind. You can clear this data at any time by clicking "Restart Mission" or clearing your browser storage.

3. Analytics, Video Delivery & Optional Email Alerts

• Analytics: We use privacy-friendly anonymous telemetry (Vercel Analytics) to measure aggregate flight-path completion rates without cross-site tracking cookies.
• Content Delivery: Video streams are delivered via Cloudflare R2 CDN, which processes standard HTTP request headers (such as IP address and byte-range requests) solely for media delivery and DDoS protection.
• Optional Email Capture: If you voluntarily submit your email address on the Chapter 1 completion screen for Chapter 2 release alerts, your email and chosen flight path are transmitted via Formspree solely to notify you when new chapters air.
